Do you want a tough training with varied exercises and use of different materials? Then AquaBootcamp is really something for you! AquaBootcamp is aimed at improving endurance and strength. During the lessons, a combination of exercises in the water and exercises on the shore ensures an optimal training. Our specially trained instructor will give you an intensive work-out to music. The water makes the exercises extra heavy, which makes the training extra effective.
- Bring a water bottle and a towel
- Wear tight-fitting swimwear and sportswear (such as a bathing suit with sports leggings)
- We recommend the use of light sports shoes

During holidays and public holidays there are adjusted lesson times.
Valid entrance tickets
You can participate in the AquaBootcamp during the day with an ABG separate pool, an ABG 12 pool ticket, an ABG 65+ individual pool or an ABG 65+ 12 pool ticket. In the evening you can only participate with an AquaMix separate pool, a 12-lesson Aquasporten card, a monthly All You Can Sport pass or an annual All You Can Sport pass.
