Do you want to work on your condition and are you looking for the most challenging aqua sport of the moment? Then join AquaBoxing. At Aquaboxing you do all kinds of muscle strengthening exercises and you learn various punch and kick techniques. The lesson starts slowly, then the pace gradually increases and the different exercises become more and more strenuous. A lesson ends after 45 minutes with the so-called warming-down, exercises to bring the body back to rest.
