Swimming for pregnant women

Swimming is one of the few sports you can do during your entire pregnancy. In the warm water you feel light and move more smoothly. During the class you get relaxation exercises, but you also get responsible exercises. This way you can still work on your condition during your pregnancy. It is wise to report details of your pregnancy to the instructor. The lessons are on an introductory basis, so you can come whenever you want. Keep in mind the maximum of 20 participants. So come on time, full is full!

Location
The lessons are in the warm water bath (32ÂșC) and last 45 minutes.

There are no classes during holidays and public holidays.

Valid entrance tickets
You can participate in aqua sports with a release pool.
